The Rainier Chapter House is available for
wedding ceremonies and receptions, sit-down dinners, buffets,
cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, business meetings, retreats and
memorial services.

Capacity: accommodates up to
250 guests; main floor available for parties under 100
guests.
Price
range: rate ranges from $1300 (main floor) to $2500
(entire facility); hourly rates vary according to event;
please call for pricing.
Catering:
outside caterer provides all food services; kitchen
available.
Availability
and terms
A
non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.
Included in the seven-hour rental is a two-hour setup time.
Additional hours can be added at cost of $125 per hour.
In-house servers must be paid separately and in addition to
the rental fee and any extra time. Music must be concluded at
the end of the contracted time for the
